This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit infinyco.com, submit an enquiry or interact with our website features.
1. Who is responsible
Infinyco is a digital solutions brand operating in Malta. Privacy enquiries and rights requests can be sent to support@infinyco.com. The identity and contact details of the actual legal data controller must be confirmed and disclosed as required under GDPR before this notice is finalized.
2. Information we receive
When you contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, project selections, message and any information you choose to share. We may also retain correspondence and quotation-related records. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, device/browser information and technical request logs for security and website operation. Interactive demonstrations may store temporary preferences or fictional demo data in your browser.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss requirements and prepare quotations, usually to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We may use necessary correspondence and security logs for legitimate interests such as running and protecting our business (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to an appropriate balancing assessment. We retain records when legally required (Article 6(1)(c)). We do not automatically enroll enquiry contacts in marketing communications.
4. Forms, hosting and service providers
Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may process website requests and form submissions on our behalf. Business email services may process correspondence. Other providers may be involved if we enable additional features such as AI-assisted chat, analytics or third-party integrations. We assess the need for appropriate processing agreements and safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
5. Website assistant
Our website assistant can provide guided answers about our services. Messages may be processed by website scripts and, if an AI integration is activated, by a third-party AI service. The specific AI provider, retention settings and transfer arrangements must be verified and this notice updated before such processing is enabled. Please avoid sharing confidential, financial or sensitive personal information in chat.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website uses browser storage to remember preferences such as light or dark appearance and may store temporary interface or demonstration settings. We do not intend to use non-essential advertising cookies or analytics tracking without first reviewing and implementing any required consent mechanism. Actual third-party scripts should be audited before publication.
7. Sharing and international transfers
We share information only as necessary with relevant hosting, email and technology service providers, professional advisers or authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, we will verify the lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards before relying on those services.

As an intended policy, enquiries that do not result in a project may be retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is necessary. Project, accounting and legal records may be kept for longer as required. Actual retention and deletion procedures must be implemented and checked across hosting and email systems; publication of this notice does not itself delete records.

We take reasonable steps to protect information and use HTTPS for website connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you suspect a security issue, please contact us promptly.
